Geometric Lace

Geometric Lace

£6.95Price

Geometric Lace is an overlay mosaic crochet pattern, written in UK terms. There are comprehensive pattern notes, user friendly charts with associated keys and full written instructions for Motif Block A and Motif Block B.

Geometric Lace is worked in rows. The pattern can be repeated to make any product you require and is supplied with eight body charts. Motif Block A is an overlay mosaic crochet chart using two colours, Motif Block B has the colours in the centre section of the pattern reversed and there are also two tapestry mosaic crochet charts for each motif. If making a blanket or throw you have the choice to add an envelope border or a tasselled fringe. there are full instructions and video tutorials for both.

If making a rug, you do not require a border as the ends are incorporated into a tasseled fringe.

Pattern motifs A and B can be repeated to make any product you require and can be worked in traditional overlay mosaic crochet or tapestry mosaic crochet as there are charts for each type included. I have included digital mockups on page 3+4 to give ideas of how to incorporate the tapestry mosaic sections.
As the pattern is worked in rows, a simple envelope border can be added to trap the ends between the front and back borders. Or you can add a tasseled fringe which incorporates the ends of the mosaic rows. Instructions and video tutorials are included for both methods.
Also included are instructions on how to make the rug version of Geometric Lace, with information how to calculate the yarn amount required for any size of rug.
